Bookstore Management | Store
Promotions
Follett offers a fully-integrated online and in-store marketing
program that is supported by advertising, promotions and
visual merchandising to inform and entice students, parents
and alumni to buy our products.
We have an entire department devoted to visual merchandising
Visual merchandising is not only what our customers see;
it helps determine how they feel about the store. Our Visual
Merchandising department is devoted to orchestrating the
kind of changes that draw customers into the store and bring
them back again. They work with individual store managers
to keep stores interesting and fresh.
We target alumni and build support
Follett understands the importance of building and maintaining
strong alumni relations. To that end, we develop promotional
programs tailored to meet the needs of your alumni groups
and to stimulate continued alumni support.
Special promotions lend excitement throughout the year
Throughout the year we present a wide range of unique promotions
tied to seasonal events, such as the start of classes, homecoming,
