Minimum Qualifications:
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the department intern manager you will perform a variety of responsibilities in the Training and Development Department that will include, but are not limited to: participating in curriculum review, research for and development of departmental Instructional Design standards manual, training needs assessments, and subject matter expert interviews. While practicing Instructional Design skills, the intern will may also assist with the following activities: creation of design documents that specify learning objectives, measures of student learning, learning materials design specifications, and learning impact (e.g. business results); creation of storyboards, scripts, and course content (including simulations and blended solutions); design and development of content using a variety of delivery formats; design of courses using interactive, online learning models; and implementing adult learning principles to deliver training in an effective manner.Educational requirement: pursuing a major in Human Resources or Organizational Development |
