Retail Management Internship Program

Job Description:
The summer bookstore internship is a 10- week program that will teach you the basics of the college store industry and the fundamentals of retailing, in general.- Please note that temporary housing assistance will not be provided
Minimum Qualifications:
- Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled at the above mentioned university
- GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above
- All majors are welcome to apply; business related curriculum is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, with the ability to efficiently learn new technologies
- Excellent customer service acumen
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
