Tom joined Follett in
2002, bringing with him a strong background in all
aspects of retailing. He has held the position of Executive
Vice President of Operations for Pier 1 Imports, President
of Barnes & Noble Retail Division (Superstores)
and President and Chief Operating Officer of Restoration
Hardware. During his tenure with Restoration Hardware,
Tom grew the company from 5 stores with annual revenue
of $4 million to 107 stores with annual revenue of
$370 million. As President of Barnes & Noble Retail
Division, Tom helped develop the Superstore concept
and grew sales from $150 million to $700 million. Tom
graduated from Ohio’s Kent State University with
his B.B.A in Economics.
